Atlas Teams remains the employer on record for every professional we place. We manage contracts, payroll, compliance, and ongoing HR throughout the engagement. You get a dedicated professional who works exclusively for your business, backed by a team that handles everything around them.

If something is not working in the early stages, we address it directly. If a replacement is ever needed, we find one. You are not on your own once the contract is signed.

Employer of Record

We handle all employment contracts and statutory obligations. You focus on the work.

Payroll and HR Management

Monthly payroll, compliance, and ongoing HR are managed by Atlas Teams throughout the engagement.

Replacement Guarantee

If a placement is not the right fit in the early stages, we find a replacement. No additional cost.
