What kind of roles do you provide?

Where are your teams based?
All of our professionals are based in Sri Lanka, a country known for its strong education system, excellent English proficiency, and global business acumen. We are headquartered there, giving us access to top-tier talent and the ability to support our teams directly.
How do you select candidates?
We follow a rigorous, multi-step recruitment process. Every candidate is screened for skills, experience, communication, and culture fit — and must pass technical tests and interviews. Only the top 5% make it into our vetted talent pool.
Can I test someone before I commit?
Yes. We can arrange a trial period with any candidate. It’s a great way to assess fit and performance before making a long-term decision. Most clients find the right match within the first round
Will they work directly with me or through Atlas Teams?
You’ll work directly with your remote team members on a day-to-day basis. However, Atlas Teams provides full backend support including HR, payroll, local compliance, IT setup, and performance monitoring — so you can focus on getting things done.
What are their working hours?
Our professionals typically work in time zones that suit you, often overlapping with UK, EU, or US business hours. We’ll clarify time zone preferences at the start and match candidates accordingly.
What’s included in your pricing?
Our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive — covering salary, benefits, local taxes, equipment (if required), workspace (if hybrid), and administrative overhead. There are no hidden fees.
How do you ensure confidentiality and data security?
All team members work under strict NDAs, and we can accommodate custom confidentiality agreements if required. Devices are company-managed, with restricted access and remote monitoring tools in place. We’re also working toward ISO 27001 certification for enhanced data protection standards.
Can I hire for part-time or project-based work?
Yes! We offer flexible service models:
