FAQ

The questions worth asking. Answered properly.

If you are considering working with Atlas Teams, here is what most people want to know before they get in touch.

Hiring

We work across three areas. Tech and Product covers software engineers, full-stack developers, mobile app developers, cloud and DevOps engineers, QA specialists, data scientists, AI and machine learning experts, UI/UX designers, and product managers. Finance and Operations covers bookkeepers, accountants, financial analysts, finance managers, virtual assistants, executive operations officers, marketing strategists, and digital marketers. Legal Process covers conveyancing support roles including file opening, search and title pack management, client updates, post-completion and registration, and AML and KYC administration. If you are not sure whether your role fits, get in touch and we will give you a straight answer.

From your discovery call, you will have three vetted, interview-ready candidates within five working days for most roles. Highly specialised positions may take slightly longer. We will always keep you informed and will not send candidates who are not genuinely ready.

Yes. Many clients build out multiple roles simultaneously, for example a developer alongside a finance lead, or a team of engineers. We will work with you to prioritise based on your most pressing needs.

We stay involved after every placement. If something is not working early on, we address it. If a replacement is needed, we find one. You are not managing that alone.

Pricing

Our standard pricing starts from USD $1,500 per month per professional. This covers recruitment, vetting, onboarding, HR, and payroll management. New clients can access a 3-month trial at 50% of the standard rate. Get in touch for a tailored quote based on your specific role and team size.

Everything. Sourcing, assessment, vetting, onboarding, ongoing HR, compliance, and payroll are all managed by Atlas Teams. One fee. No hidden charges on top.

No. The 3-month trial exists specifically so you can assess the quality of the hire and the process before committing to anything beyond it. After the trial we work on rolling arrangements.

No. The fee we quote is the fee you pay. We do not charge separate recruitment fees on top of the monthly rate.

Talent

All of our talent is based in Sri Lanka, primarily in and around Colombo. They work remotely as dedicated members of your team.

We primarily place full-time, dedicated professionals who work exclusively for your company during working hours. Part-time arrangements are available in some cases and will be discussed during the discovery call.

Sri Lankan professionals are highly qualified, fluent in English, tech-savvy and self-managed, and culturally aligned with Western working norms. Many have built experience at global organisations including Uber, EY, Unilever, Standard Chartered, IFS, and HCL. Timezone compatibility with the UK and Europe is practical and genuine.

Every candidate goes through six stages: initial profile screening, technical or functional assessment, communication and soft skills evaluation, structured multi-round interviews, culture and team fit assessment, and background verification and reference checks. Only candidates who clear every stage are presented to clients. Full details are on our How We Vet Talent page.

Process

It begins with an inquiry, where you share your requirements, roles, and goals. We then run a discovery call to go deep on scope, technical needs, and company culture. From there, our recruitment team matches you with candidates from our curated network. You receive three handpicked, fully vetted candidates within five working days. You choose the right fit, and we handle onboarding and start, with your new team member fully integrated and supported by us from day one.

Yes. We shortlist and vet. You make the final decision. You meet three fully briefed candidates and choose the one that is right for your team.

We handle contracts, payroll, onboarding, and ongoing HR. Your new team member starts, and we stay involved in the early stages to make sure the integration is working.

New clients can engage their first professional at 50% of the standard monthly rate for the first three months. No lock-in beyond the trial period. It is designed to let you see, with real work and on your own timeline, whether what we have built is as good as we say it is.

Legal and LPO

Yes. We have a dedicated Legal Process Outsourcing service designed for UK conveyancing practices. We build and manage offshore delivery teams in Sri Lanka that are trained on your workflows, operate with clear escalation rules, and integrate into your existing case management systems so your UK fee earners stay focused on legal judgement and client care.

Our LPO teams cover file opening and onboarding, AML and KYC administration, search ordering and title pack compilation, client updates and case progression, and post-completion and registration support including requisitions tracking and file closure.

We operate with documented SOPs, checklists, QA sampling, and structured oversight. Exceptions are escalated to your UK team for sign-off. Strong confidentiality controls and UK-aligned data protection practices are embedded into the delivery model from the outset.

Yes. Our delivery pod model is built for scalability. You can add or reduce capacity as completion volumes change without long-term fixed headcount commitments. Real-time reporting across your pipeline is included.
